Executive position
It is a module for storing information for executive positions in order to create an executive directory to monitor the position of the meeting and is linked to work modules within the HURIS, such as history registration, work orders, workload and withdrawal of administrative positions. The system is convenient to be able to print the report of the executive position through the system.
Academic Position Request
It is a module for managing information requesting academic / professional positions by the agency to record the details of the position request, along with the work used for consideration, sent to the staff of the department to record the information of the committee, consider and the results of the consideration for the position.
Salary work
It is a module for storing payroll information for university employees, logging online by connecting the work system from the agency to the treasury to check the accuracy and propose the university to approve the payroll disbursement and sending banks to be linked to the bill of lading system In addition, the module also includes other drawdowns, including administrative positions, academic placement money, money shortage branch and various capital funds, etc. and in addition, university staff can check salary and print monthly salary report or called a payroll slip by yourself online.
Welfare work
