Human Resource Information System (HURIS)

Human Resources Information System (HURIS) is a system created by the cooperation of the Computer Bureau, Office of the President, and Faculty / Institutions / Centers. HURIS consists of various work systems that cover the administration of personnel resources of the government and the administrative staff of the university, including the history registration, job rate, work from government service, job orders, promotion, salary, university staff, permanent employees and civil servants, executive positions Jobs for academic / professional positions, salary jobs, standard welfare, academic workload of academic staff (Workload) and leave / education / training / home doctors.

Module

History registration

It is a collection of personnel information, including personal history, address, family, education, etc., to be a central database for other information work that university will continue to use.

Leaving work

It is a module to manage the leave information of personnel according to government regulations, facilitate personnel, department personnel. Use the leave record, leave cancel, check eligibility different types of leave, facilitate the publication of a letter leave, ask for information about coming to work, report the accumulated date of the annual budget through the system and can be used to evaluate performance and salary promotion for personnel.

Job rate

It is a module for managing various types of manpower, with a record of the power rate, manpower management, improve the power rate and used in packing, appointment / transfer / transfer the manpower of all types of personnel within the university. There is a report for checking the current rate data.

Job retirement

It is a work module for recording the retirement of personnel in various cases, including resignation, retirement, death, and transferring to government agencies outside the university.

Order work

It is a work module for storing data for issuing order numbers by being able to issue orders for both agency orders, university order, and the order of the University Council. You can specify the name of the person involved in the order by person, and have links with the work modules within HURIS, including workload and history registration. In addition, there is a link to the E-document system that allows the commander to link commands to the order document. There are reports for checking the details of the order.

Salary promotion work

It is a module to manage salary and wages for personnel, university staff, permanent employees and civil servants and as a tool for supervisors from chief / department heads director / dean and university that can work according to the obligations which is in accordance with university regulations, facilitate the promotion of salary, wage for each type of personnel under the agency that helps the government according to the assessment cycle.

Executive position

It is a module for storing information for executive positions in order to create an executive directory to monitor the position of the meeting and is linked to work modules within the HURIS, such as history registration, work orders, workload and withdrawal of administrative positions. The system is convenient to be able to print the report of the executive position through the system.

Academic Position Request

It is a module for managing information requesting academic / professional positions by the agency to record the details of the position request, along with the work used for consideration, sent to the staff of the department to record the information of the committee, consider and the results of the consideration for the position.

Salary work

It is a module for storing payroll information for university employees, logging online by connecting the work system from the agency to the treasury to check the accuracy and propose the university to approve the payroll disbursement and sending banks to be linked to the bill of lading system In addition, the module also includes other drawdowns, including administrative positions, academic placement money, money shortage branch and various capital funds, etc. and in addition, university staff can check salary and print monthly salary report or called a payroll slip by yourself online.

Welfare work

The welfare module is created to collect information on disbursement of tuition fees for children and online medical welfare benefits. The system will have a screen to set the budget amount, records of tuition fees for children, and medical welfare benefits for financial jobs at the level of information recording divisions.

The system facilitates by preparing reports for inspection to help finance the division level and the treasury, check throughout the disbursement, such as the summary of individual disbursements and summarizing the amount of disbursement at the division level, etc.

Academic workload standards of academic positions

It is a module for supporting the recording of work load according to the criteria set by the university which follows the 6 workloads as follows:

  1. Workload for teaching and student development
  2. Workload for research, creative work, and academic work
  3. Academic service workload
  4. Workload in the maintenance of arts and culture
  5. Administrative tasks and other directors
  6. Workloads other than workload criteria

To facilitate and in accordance with the six tasks in development, data is linked to the information system within the university as follows.

  1. The enrollment system and result (SUPREME2004) include schedule information.
  2. Course Syllabus system, including teaching information
  3. Human Resource Information System (HURIS), including order information
  4. Research system (URMS), including research data
  5. ATutor

In the event that there is a workload other than those mentioned above, the system has a way to store other work tasks as well. The system has a screen for the board of directors to check and confirm the workload that personnel have recorded and reports for convenience such as individual workload reports, summary report of workload according to division, etc.

Leave work/training/home doctor

It is a module for storing data about leave for study / training / home doctor and various scholarships for university personnel. There is also a report module to facilitate the publication of information such as study leave reports, training leave report, leave report, doctor's house, etc.
