Form 1: The system development by personnel of the Computer Center (In house)

There is a work process consisting of planning, studying the original operating procedures or the original work system (if any), needs analysis or the need for development, keeping and collection of new needs from users / system owners, preparation of work scope of the system (TOR) and characteristics of System prototyping, system design, system development, system testing, system installation / actual use, system documentation, system training for administrators and system users, System evaluation, system maintenance, and the development of additional systems according to the needs of university / division.

Form 2 : Outsourcing

There are work processes consisting of preparation of the scope of work of the system (TOR) and the characteristics of system, outsourcing system, and coordinate with companies and agencies related to that information system. In the operation of the system development in various steps as follows: creating a system development plan, the study of traditional operation procedures or the original work system (if any), needs analysis, keeping and collection of new needs from user/system owner, system design, system development, system testing, system installation, inspection of work, actual use, tracking and checking system documents, participate in system training for system administrators and system users, system evaluation, system maintenance, and the development of additional systems according to the needs of university or division.
